4. Service Appointments and Scheduling

4.1 Appointment Booking

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email
• We reserve the right to confirm or reschedule appointments based on availability
• Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
• Emergency services are subject to availability and additional charges

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee
• No-show appointments may be charged 50% of the estimated service cost
• TransYeuki may cancel appointments due to extreme weather or emergency situations

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Service Pricing

• Prices are quoted in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include applicable VAT
• Estimates are provided before work begins and may be subject to change
• Additional work requires customer approval before proceeding
• Emergency services and after-hours work incur premium rates

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• Corporate accounts may be established with approved credit terms
• Overdue accounts may incur interest charges and collection fees

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust our prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect services already contracted or in progress.

6. Vehicle and Property

6.1 Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about vehicle condition and history
• Remove personal items from vehicles before service
• Ensure vehicles have sufficient fuel and proper documentation
• Disclose any known safety issues or modifications

6.2 Vehicle Storage

• Vehicles left for service are stored at customer's risk
• TransYeuki maintains reasonable security but is not liable for theft or damage
• Vehicles not collected within 30 days may be considered abandoned
• Storage fees may apply for extended stays

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Service Warranty

• We warrant our workmanship for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first
• Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable
• Warranty coverage excludes normal wear and tear
• Modifications or repairs by other parties may void warranties

7.2 Warranty Limitations

• Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Environmental factors (corrosion, weather damage) are excluded
• Customer must follow recommended maintenance schedules
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly upon discovery

8.1 Service Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of use, income, or profits
• Damage to items left in vehicles
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the customer

8.2 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9.1 Permitted Use

• The website is for informational and service booking purposes
• Users must provide accurate information when using our services
• Commercial use of website content requires prior written permission
• Automated access or data scraping is prohibited

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
